Shipping Information

We strive to process and ship your orders quickly and securely.

  • Shipping Address: All credit card orders must be shipped to the billing address only. Orders using alternate or invalid addresses will be canceled.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Handling Fee: A Flat $1.99 handling fee is applied to every order. This helps cover order processing, packaging materials, and customer support.
  • Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on package weight and the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided and can be viewed in your account under Order Details.
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays. For delivery inquiries, please contact your local post office.
  • Restrictions: We do not ship to freight forwarders or accept payment from foreign credit cards. Such orders will be automatically canceled and refunded.
